Services for Educational Success Program
Serving at-risk adolescents age 12-17 to assist
them with remaining in school or supporting youth with returning to
school.

Case Management- assessing strengths and
challenges, developing a plan of action and connecting students and
their families to community resources.

Advocacy for students aimed at helping them
achieve educational success.

schedule

High School Credit Retrieval

Assisting students with navigating educational system

Bridging communication between schools and families

Information on GED or Alternative education programs
